SHIPPING POLICY
GrandNwar ships internationally from Canada. Each piece is handled with care and intention, from our atelier to your hands.
Many of our beaded designs are made to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for your piece to be handcrafted in our atelier before dispatch.Once your order has been processed and production has begun, it can no longer be cancelled.
Cancellations for made-to-order items are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order.

DUTIES & TAXES
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU).Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Our shipping rates do not include duties or taxes.We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges.
SHIPPING CARRIERS & RESPONSIBILITY
We ship with trusted carriers including FedEx, DHL, and Canada Post to ensure your order arrives safely.All orders over $100 CAD are insured. All shipments include a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. GrandNwar is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once in transit.Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We hope you love your GrandNwar jewels as much as we loved creating them. Each piece is carefully inspected and quality-checked before shipping.Due to the made-to-order and handcrafted nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind.
You may be entitled to a refund or replacement if your item is: Faulty, or Not of acceptable quality, and the issue was not disclosed or visible at the time of purchaseTo be eligible:
You must contact us within 7 days of your package being marked as delivered
Provide proof of purchase
Provide clear photographs of the item in its original packaging
FAULTY ITEMS
We reserve the right to request additional information to assess the issue and confirm that the fault was not caused by wear, misuse, or damage after delivery. Once approved, we will offer:A replacement, or A refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs)
EARRINGS
For hygienic reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange, unless deemed faulty upon assessment in accordance with our faulty items policy.
CHANGE OF MIND
We do not facilitate refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
RETURN SHIPPING (FAULTY ITEMS ONLY)
If a return is approved:Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping must be sent using a trackable service. Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Each GrandNwar piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and deserves mindful care to preserve its beauty over time.To ensure longevity, please follow the care guidelines below. These instructions are also included with every order.
AVOID CHEMICALS
Keep your jewelry away from harsh perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, and cleaning products.These substances can tarnish metals and erode gold plating over time.We recommend applying fragrances and skincare products before wearing your jewelry.
AFTER OCEAN OR POOL WATER
If your jewelry comes into contact with ocean water, saltwater, or chlorinated water, rinse gently under lukewarm fresh water to remove residue.Avoid prolonged exposure to salt or chlorine, as these elements can accelerate tarnishing.
DRYING RITUAL
After rinsing, gently pat your jewelry dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Ensure no moisture remains before storing to prevent water marks or oxidation.
STORAGE
Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place.
We recommend using your GrandNwar pouch or a jewelry box to protect against scratches, humidity, and friction with other pieces.
DAILY CARE
After each wear, gently wipe your jewelry with the provided soft cloth to remove natural oils and residue.
Avoid storing jewelry while damp or exposed to moisture, as this may accelerate tarnishing.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Our jewelry is handcrafted using carefully selected materials. Natural variations, patina, and gentle aging over time are part of the character of artisan-made pieces and are not considered defects.
Damage caused by improper care, exposure to chemicals, water damage, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
